    Lab results and update LCHF for 4 months. Hgba1c was 89,today its......36!!!!

    Lost about 25 lbs I reckon,for sure 2 inches on my belt size.Now to concentrate again on weight loss,thats been static about 3 weeks or so,need to tweak portions I guess.

    Thank you all again for your help and support,as I said before and say it again,I really appreciate it!

    0640. Mug of coffee with double cream and sweetener.
    1200: 600 ml strawberry protein milkshake.
    1620: Mug of tea with milk and sweetener, two Rich Tea biscuits.
    1900: Battered cod with oven chips. Lemon tart with double cream. 2 squares dark caramel crunch chocolate.
    2100: 4 glasses Merlot, some Cheddar cheese and pitted black olives.

    Fbg today 5.6 at 0645.

    1300: Wholemeal toast bacon sandwich (30g carbs), tea. Milky Way bar (15.2g carbs).
    1900: 480g Apricot glazed porkbelly (15.4g carbs) with 200g Sweet Potato rice (9.5g carbs). Home made ice cream.
