    High BG probably down to your cold. My BG usually up when I'm under the weather.

    I rarely eat fruit, but I don't think that most of the fruits on that list would be good for Type 2s, only the avocados and strawberries.

    Snack: Monkey nuts :hungry:
    Lunch: Simple salad from Tesco with chive and sour cream dressing
    Dinner: A mountain of kebab meat with lettuce and tomato, decent glass of Gordon's Pink with Tonic and mint
    During night: Regretting eating so much :inpain:

    One thing i did notice when ever i have high blood sugars consistently high in more than two or three day i see further weight loss.
    This week i did loose 0.4 or 0.5 KG.

    Did you ever notice this when you loosing your weight?

    Can't say that I have noticed but with a high temperature calories are burned slightly more quickly and more fluids are lost, and more to the point, most people have a depressed appetite wen unwell. A little weight loss makes sense.
