I rarely eat fruit, but I don't think that most of the fruits on that list would be good for Type 2s, only the avocados and strawberries.

High BG probably down to your cold. My BG usually up when I'm under the weather.

One thing i did notice when ever i have high blood sugars consistently high in more than two or three day i see further weight loss.
This week i did loose 0.4 or 0.5 KG.

Did you ever notice this when you loosing your weight?

Can't say that I have noticed but with a high temperature calories are burned slightly more quickly and more fluids are lost, and more to the point, most people have a depressed appetite wen unwell. A little weight loss makes sense.
