    Great numbers. All you need to do is give up food completely and you can live forever. (I'm sure that there may be a flaw somewhere in that logic though).

    FGB(6:15) 4.1(5th day fasting)
    Felt little difficult doing daily jobs by end of 4th day so breaking the fast on 5th day

    0650: Coffee with sweetener & double cream.
    1825: Spinach & feta roll (21.5 g carbs) with salad.
    2030: Four white rums with Zero Coke. Cheddar and pistachios.
    Lots of water and lemon squash during the day.
