First time ever Husband BG was 8.6 this morning. He's cracking up. Usually in the 6s then crept up to the 7s. He can't seem to stop it. He won't eat any breakfast now at all. No meds, diet controlled, diagnosed 11 years ago.

First time ever Husband BG was 8.6 this morning. He's cracking up. Usually in the 6s then crept up to the 7s. He can't seem to stop it. He won't eat any breakfast now at all. No meds, diet controlled, diagnosed 11 years ago.
What kind of exercise Yesterday he is done, what kind of food and quantity he took, sleep quality and stress all depends on Today fasting Glucose levels. Keep checking every day then it will be easy to fix those food which can elevate Blood Glucose levels.

He didnt sleep well, he is stressed yes, but he ate very healthy yesterday. Home made veg soup, chicken and veg dinner, no supper, and this morning he had scrambled eggs. Maybe the stress? And TY xx
