I'm fasting to try to get my bs (and weight) down before my annual HbA1c test, due in September.
Yesterday:
0530: Mug of coffee with sweetener and double cream.
1100: Mug of tea with sweetener and full fat milk, two Rich Tea biscuits.
1600: " " " " " " " " " " " "
1930: Avocado with evoo, salt, pepper and chipotle chilli flakes. Two egg mushroom omelette with butternut squash fries. Chia pudding (with strawberry syrup).
I tested before eating supper and my bs was 5.4. Two hours after eating it was also 5.4. Both readings on TEE2.
I also had two glasses of Merlot with some Camembert cheese after last test.
I don't count carbs or calories, but I don't think I had that much of either.
This morning at 0715 my fbg was 5.6 on Accu Chek Mobile.
