lunch: vegetable frittata with 1 slice gluten free bread (I’m not gluten-free but it’s lower in carbs)
Dinner: beef goulash stew, spinach, green beans
Snacks:1 oz cheddar, 2 slices salami, 1oz peanuts

exercise: 1/2 mile walk (before dinner), 30 min yoga (pre breakfast)

fasting glucose at 7am today- 6.4
