Lunch: hm cream of cauliflower soup, green leafy salad, 100g double-smoked ham, keto-friendly coffee
Dinner and supper and midnight and 3am and dawn snacks of: US Election coverage (high stress, low fibre), more coffee with sides of double-smoked ham and SF chocolate, no greenery, rotten sleep.
