Hmm, a mysterious 6.3 FBG today - possibly due to rotten sleep

Yesterday:
Lunch: big green salad topped with a couple of sliced mushrooms, a little cottage cheese and a little prosciutto, keto-friendly coffee
Dinner: Tried a new protein meal shake (banana, woohoo!) with cashew milk (also first try) but don't think the reality was as nice as the idea of new flavour, then stevia hot chocolate made up for it after that.

Calories: 820, net carbs 19g

Yesterday:
Lunch was a big green leaf salad with some cottage cheese and proscuitto
Dinner was homemade cream of cauliflower soup and more salad .... then I started watching US election coverage and in reaction to the suspense of it all had some SF hazelnut chocolate AND an Atkins caramel nut Endulge bar.

Blew over my - currently very limited - daily calorie allowance (went to 1,300) BUT managed to keep net carbs at 23g for the day and ketosis intact this morning.

Dinner and supper and midnight and 3am and dawn snacks of: US Election coverage (high stress, low fibre), more coffee with sides of double-smoked ham and SF chocolate, no greenery, rotten sleep. :banghead:

Risotto, 60g per person of dry carnaroli rice (46.7g Carbs), not a huge portion but I do add lots of crab and prawns.
Spaghetti, 75g per person of fresh pasta (41g Carbs), with lots of aubergine & pecorino cheese.

These are pretty carb heavy meals for me. My budget that I know I am fine with is 60g for my evening meal (including pud) and 150g for the whole day. My average for this week was 155g/day despite these 2 meals.
