    Brunch a sausage and a rasher of Bacon an egg fried with 1 slice of low carb bread fried.

    Dinner a roasted chicken leg with cherry tomatoes, broccoli and garlic butter.

    BG at bed time 11.5

    Oddly, the first run felt a lot faster. I think that I just find it tough to run fast in the dark.

    5.3 this morning. Yesterday food: Fage 5% yoghurt and almonds breakfast, chicken and leafy greens stir fry lunch, Fage with walnuts and raspberries dinner. Overall calories for the day - 967 kcal; carbs 17.4 gms.

    FBG this morning was 4.7.

    I am doing 4:3 (ADF) and yesterday was my fasting day so no food just 4.5 L of fluid intake (Water, Twining Lemon and Ginger Tea and 3 cups of Coffee).

    Dinner: portobello mushroom pizzas (yum!), green leaf salad and double ration of new salted caramel SF milk choc :bag: - ok I won't buy that one again, it's WAY too moreish for me - much easier to be restrained with the dark choc varieties!
