Lunch: 2 x curried boiled eggs, cottage cheese, green leaf salad plus celery, small protein shake, keto coffee
Dinner: cream of cauliflower soup with added whey protein and psyllium husk, stevia hot chocolate

Calories < 800, net carbs 18g

FBG 6.7 - so puzzled by this flip flopping, trying to focus on fact that weekly average is on track to be lower than last week.
Maybe I need to borrow Midnightriders 'glass of wine' strategy! ;)

Lunch: cream of cauliflower soup, salad greens with celery cottage cheese and 1 tsp mixed seeds, keto coffee
Dinner: Protein shake with psyllium plu added whey protein & MCT oil.

There is often a little variation in daily values. It could be down to how well you slept, which is not always obvious. It is the rolling 7 day average that is the more important value.
It can also go up a bit if you are coming down with a cold or something similar.
