FBG 5.7 in fact the last few days it’s been in the 5s unsure if it’s the drugs or low carb or both questions on a postcard

breakfast coffee and fry up rather lush too
Lunch burger with salad
Dinner tomato soup home made
snacks dark chocolate with mint strawberries and cream

Walk was with the dogs again but this time we were at a show so it was full on so in total I walked 15 miles some brisk some ambling.

For my sins I’m now in hozzie with gallstone troubles

Breakfast scrambled eggs after telling them their breakfast isn’t for me as it’ll spike me as I’m diabetic she got grumpy said it so for diabetic which I refuted very strongly. To be told I’m fussy eater
Lunch corn beef salad
Dinner turkey salad with a sort of pudding that wasn’t if you see what I mean

roughly 900 calories
No idea on anything else

I hypo’d because I was fasting and had taken my dapagliflozin as usual as they hadn’t told me not to and I never got to my scan it’s now tomorrow and I’ll be fasted again so I won’t be taking my dapagliflozin till after I’ve been and got the go ahead to eat.

looks like I’m here for awhile not that I’m complaining about just want the pain to go away for good
