FBG 4.8 that was a shock for me

breakfast coffee and boiled eggs
Lunch strawberries and cream Boursin and crackers too
Dinner sirloin burger with lettuce and cheese rather yummy too would recommend they are from Tesco’s
Supper more strawberries and cream also some dark chocolate with raspberry meringue through it.
Lashings of water think I’ve drank over 4litres

Carbs 62g

Fat 94g strangely this isn’t affecting my gallstones at all like I thought it would

Protein 67g still need to upp this but warm weather is making pick at things as I can’t be bothered making actual meals unless very quick.

walk did over 7 miles this time but it was later on as way to hot earlier in the day. Still 22 degrees at 10pm too.

no walk packing van for dog show instead

Dinner low carb lasagna with coleslaw, rather nice it was too

Snack dark chocolate with a hint of mint with a full fat latte at costa.
