Great news, just relax and enjoy whatever food you can have. Don't even think about BG levels for a week or so.5.8 FBG I’ll take that as I’ve just had surgery yesterday
breakfast scrambled egg and milk
Lunch very small amount of salad only had surgery that morning
Dinner the meanies only gave me 3 florets of cauliflower with cheese & a yogurt full of protein which I had brought in
had another yogurt as a snack later on
calories 564
Carbs 28%
Protein 38%
Fat 33%
I’m now under goal weight at 9st 11lbs
Well being fasted from 4-12 hours per day for a week will do that whilst the hospital decides what to do with you. Gallbladders out now thankfully still sore but better. Dr was happy to release me and I’m home woohoo!!!! And it’s my birthday to boot so extra happy there
Hi…. So I got diagnosed back in March with T2D… my diabetic nurse told me I didn’t need a blood sugar test machine …. I have however.. just bought one.. a kinetic well-being one….your thread is about resting BG in morning… can I ask what should it be? Or is there a chart that I can refer too? As I know we are all different
