No, I haven't had it for ages but I get a lot of meat from wildmeat.co.uk and squirrel a speciality of theirs. It is really tasty, if you like game, and is about as ethical as you can get too. I used to shoot myself when I was younger and here in the north where we have red squirrels the greys are treated as pests and shot by the National Park rangers. They are very popular in the USA too.
People should eat more game I think. Venison, pheasant, partridge, rabbit, hare etc. all have loads of flavour and are also very low fat too.

'Mozzarella in carrozza' - fried mozzarella cheese sandwich made with low carb bread, dipped in egg before frying.

Salad of flatleaf parsley, finely chopped onion, cucumber, fresh lime juice.

Evening: meal out at local farm or Agriturismo - on holiday in Sicily:
