    9:15 Breakfast- okra, capsicum, green leafy vegetables stir fry with ghee


    2:30 lunch- mushroom, grated cauliflower omelette
    Cucumbers

    21:00 Dinner- two spoons of rice, spinach curry,
    cabbage and carrots stir fry,
    Okra chutney
    Capsicum, okra, panner stir fry
    Natural yogurt

    4:30 hours sleep

    Fitbit 5000 steps end of day.

    No exercise, not enough sleep, rice, three meals a day increased fasting sugars by one point
