Hardly a success story - it's exactly the same as my last test a year ago: 33 mmol/mol. I suppose it just goes to show that, for me, losing a lot of weight has helped keep me in remission, despite eating more carbs.
I strongly disagree, staying in remission (especially with an HbA1C as low as 33) is a great achievement - I wish it wasn't, because that would mean most people could do it - unfortunately that's not the case. Thanks, @Rachox. I meant it's not a success as it hasn't moved. I'm happy, I just want to lose about another 12 pounds and stay there. I'm just wondering what the typical non-diabetic HbA1c is.
Thanks, @ianf0ster. I hope it stays around that level.I strongly disagree, staying in remission (especially with an HbA1C as low as 33) is a great achievement - I wish it wasn't, because that would mean most people could do it - unfortunately that's not the case.
