what sort of meals are you having? Maybe some of us can help you tweak them to find a diet which helps your blood sugars without so much medication. What was your last HbA1c?i will be stuck forever
never being able to improve things
im beginning to think the whole dr and medication thing
is a farce
they say these meds help
and when you get side effects there are others to try
they give you meds and then limit your control when you can/need adjustments
all based on 1 number, 1 number regardless where the rest are (a1c)
they wont let you try other meds when you need to
and this is not based on hypos (i know theres a big fear out there drs have)
ive tried ive really tried
and i dont have the option of a second opinion
im sick of half measures
the lies and deception they give us
i quit i totally quit
the whole dr and meds thing
thankyou for reading

Does your surgery have a Specialist Diabetic Nurse? She may just be a visiting one. Mine attended the surgery once a month, and I found out by accident. You could ask for a telephone appointment if you can't get face to face. Mine put me on insulin, I was on steroids and she totally got where I was coming from.
Do tell us what you are eating, we might be able to tweak something for you. or raise red flags.

I don't know what a cde is. It depends on when your dietitian was trained and whether there they have kept up with the latest research. If they tell you to eat carbs, grains and fruits then you should come back here.i have access to a cde and dietician
they havent been much help
Soup until you until you get new dentures. Egg mayo. Lots of stuff you can have.been waiting for dental surgery since last april
covid restrictions have delayed it
it will be at least 2 more months
