It looks awesome to me! Congratulations!My latest HbA1c is 44 (6.2%) and about 75% TIR with Low 2% and Very Low <1%. My best was in 2023 @ 43, but my endo was unhappy about Lows > 5% (hypos are the reason I was given a pump).
Interestingly my Dexcom 7 (and previously Dexcom 6) almost always overestimates my level by 3-4 points. Exercise and low carb are critical for me to be able to keep in the low 40's. I'd like to get below 40 with very few hypos, but that will almost certainly require giving up my occasional treats of peanut butter on wholegrain toast!

My recent HbA1c is 42. I know that it sounds great but slightly worse than my two previous years where I got 39 and 38. For the past 9 months I'm most of the time on very low carbs and virtually no insulin. This perhaps elevated the results. TIR is pretty much 99% except occasional beer drinking, ice creams or cycling .My recent lowest was 2.6 mmol/L after cycling - scary, I know...but stupidly I thought that if I don't take insulin for weeks, I'm safe with hypos (not true, especially on low carbs). Cholesterol is of course higher than normal so need to discuss with my GP ( who will insist on statins and I will politely refuse).

Previous result: 162 mmol/mol (17.0%) on 21/01/2025
using less and less insulin apparently honeymoon stage the libre2plus estimated a1c: 41 mmol/mol so it wasnt that far off.
DSN complained too tightly controlled :O (increased chance of hypo's) apparently honeymoon stage using less and less insulin both long acting adown a few units a day from 18 to 15, alongside fast acting ratio changed from 1:10 told to 1:15 ... tried 1:20 today CGM whining hypo's a fair bit, but fingerprick test all good always +4 lowest 4.2 when the libre thought 2.8 :O short time ago libre 3.2 fingerprick 4.2. side of tip of fingers starting to get a little sore think i'll wait til current cgm reads<3.5 . will reset alarm to 3.9 when next cgm attached

Hi. I was just scrolling to see different results out of curiosity, and indeed your results are astonishing. Can you share any advice how you can manage your glucose levels so efficiently? Any particular diet or/and tricks how to use insulin?
I keep a very close eye on my bg, both with a sensor and with some fingerpricks, and I act quickly to what I see. Often just slightly nudging my bg up with a single bite of an apple or such, or down with a small extra dose of insulin.
I usually choose to eat low carb, because I find it very hard to dose for high carb meals without going high, or high first and then low from correcting too early.
I need very little to treat a hypo, half a winegum usually does the trick of raising me to around 5 if I'm in the 3's. Unless it's a hypo after a high carb meal, with of course a lot more active insulin on board, I don't take chances with those and will treat more aggressively.
While I eat LC, I do like my high carb Belgian specialty beers. Which works well as long as I keep an eye on my sensor telling me if I should slow down a little to let the insulin catch up with the beer, or the other way around.
Having found the right basal dose and eating LC means straightish lines on my Libre. Which makes it much safer to stay in the 4's and 5's than if you're rising and dropping all the time.
I also live alone, which makes it much easier to eat what and when I want of course. And I suppose I'm lucky too.

This would be in mmol/mol, the usual way to measure in the UK.
I take it you are very recently diagnosed, and your 130 mmol/mol hba1c was your diagnotic one.
This should come down soon, once your insulin is starting to do its job.
Hba1c tells you something aout your blood glucose during the past 3 months, and things tend to change quickly once you get tehe proper treatment.
What do you do for exercise.
My Hba1c is 5.4 but whenever I exercise I go low pretty quickly. Even if I eat carbs just before I go on a walk or a ride, they seem to stop working until I stop the exercise so it's extremely hard to treat a low while still exercising.
I would say exercise quickly after a meal means I can reduce my insulin by 60%, but outside of this we are sitting steady so need to synthetically increase our bg so it contracts the use of sugar by the body.
Your thoughts?
