I only know the watlaa, and I’m still using Libre 1, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. It seems that @Jaylee has found a fix with the watlaa.
Bated breath . . . Does it work? The Bubble mini has arrived. It actually looks to have a smaller footprint to the MM2. (It's shorter, but same thickness on the depth?)
I got it on charge at the moment along with the watch. I shall know later if this thing works with the L2.
Meant to take an hour to charge?
What the hey. I took a shot for comparison.

Bated breath . . . Does it work?
Where I live in West Sussex, the hospitals keep merging and the latest news is a name change to University Hospital Sussex. I don't have a lot of options unless I go private.
What I find perplexing is that my GP's staff and the people in A+E look at my thumb and tell me that I need further attention but the consultant saunters into the room and glances at it, says it looks fine and leaves.
I have to be better prepared for tomorrow's appointment.
If you have persistent infection, active enough to smell it through layers of dressing, in your shoes I'd be going for that second opinion.
I am glad @AndBreathe has told you that you can get a second opinion.
Yes I have been considering a second opinion but I had a bit more time with the consultant and found out he is the 'hand specialist' for this area. He seems to think that my wound is making progress and may take 3 to 4 weeks to sort itself out. I am going to be seeing him twice a week so I'll give it a little more time.
OK, I'll give you a reason to stay optimistic.. Many years ago my sister had a dog. (Some sort of boarder Collie.)
It got spooked, ran out an open gate & run over by a car. Litteraly. It's leg & half the foot (paw.) was shattered by the tire?
The leg & whole paw was saved & rebuilt but the smell between dressings (it was like a cast?) was dreadful. Mollie earned the name "smelly foot?"
Alright, this is the work of an animal surgeon. & though, It's reasonable to seek a second opinion for peace of mind.
This story is by no means to undermine any concern or precautions taken on your recovery from the infection.
I'm still confident enough to send you positive vibes.
The doc reckons that the wound heals from the inside outwards so as it heals, the infection is kind of forced to the surface. The high dose antibiotics I'm taking should stop the infection from spreading back into the thumb as the healing process proceeds.
He made it make sense when he explained it and he comes across as a guy who knows his stuff. I'll give him the benefit of my lack of knowledge on such matters for now at least.
Be careful of how much high dose antibiotics you are taking, you could end up like me, oral antibiotic resistant. The high dose antibiotics I'm taking should stop the infection from spreading back into the thumb as the healing process proceeds.

I have to have antibiotic infusions both in the emergency department, and at home when the unhealable wound in my leg flares up with Pseudomonas aeruginosa or a variation every couple of months.
Hope your hand heals soonest.
