Morning all, not been around much as had a cataract op this week. All very easy but watching a screen not so much fun with one eye rapidly getting better and the other one as bad as ever! Looking forward to getting the other one done sooner rather than later.

@Marie 2 that video was really fun, loved the punch line :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

@hh1 I'm glad to hear it went well!!! I know it drove my Dad crazy when he had one eye done and was waiting for the other one. It puts you off balance when one eye sees so much better than the other one. My acupuncturist back in Calif when he had it done was always closing one eye and got the doctors to move up his second surgery.

@Marie2 you're absolutely right, having only one eye that works with my specs means I'm going to get the lens taken out of them for the eye I've had done. Doesn't solve the problem of reading, but I don't have to wait too long. It is frustrating, I agree with your Dad!

Is this your rescue dog? Very funny, she's beautiful, smart to figure out the easiest way to get something she wants - a very dog approach I think :hilarious:

@hh1 Yes, she's the one my hubby brought home from the beach last February. Her name is River but a couple of nicknames we also call her is Stubby and Tiger. Stubby because she has shorter legs than we are used to seeing and Tiger because she really throws her whole heart into playing. Besides her stripes. It's funny she will be on the bed and we will stand just out of reach of her, her paws will be going in the air trying to reach us and almost falling but she always manages to stay on the bed. She will start to make growling type noises in frustration. If you let her reach you, you get slathered in kisses. She actually is quite a character. She has helped bring more life to our house. I had been wanting to save an older dog again and I guess we have done that as she is not young even though she is really active. She is getting grayer and her tufted gray whiskers longer as we watch.
