I thought the interview this afternoon went well, nice and friendly too and she didn't ask my age or 'have I any medical problems' like the last one did on Monday, which is not allowed in an interview as it can be discriminatory.
The manager did say it is a 4 hour contract ( which, apparently, many stores do nowadays) because if the person is no good, not pulling there weight, they can let them go more easily, so no legal aftermath really from the employee, so, I am having to consider those hours, because it's like a red flag going up

It's a well known shop that sells acessories for hair, jewelry, beauty, soft toys, ear piercing too.
I left my job as a merchandiser, the one I started in September, because of work colleague changes, so only me there and a newbie too, too much pressure and stress, so I looked for another position. Found one at a new Jewelry shop which was opening and the designs where wonderful, Art Nouveau plus my all time favourite, Art Deco

To cut a long story short, I did two days, met the owner on the 2nd day, I had 2 hypo there, tested and treated, back to work and that night at 10.41pm I received a text from the owner, basically saying, thanks, but no thanks, you are not really wanted. So, I am unemployed and looking hard for jobs, I never thought I would be in this position at 60 !

I have been in touch with Diabetes UK and their Advocacy Service and talked to Acas too.
