And to whom the principle of ahimsa is a closed book that they refuse to open because it would make life more difficult for them.
I'd be interested, and I like the idea of eating, but we all live so far away from each other.

May I ask. When most of u got diagnosed maybe during ur working lives how much was u off work for. I'm into my 2nd month off as don't feel right to return.

I was diagnosed quite young - 8 years old, so I was out of school most of year 4-5 and I was out of school for few months in year 9.

That sounds nice.
A meal somewhere quiet because I get annoyed when I can't hear myself speak.
I wasn't off work. But very different scenario with diagnosis, never needed hospital and was misdiagnosed as a T2 first.
Don't know about the acupuncturist but mine drops like a brick at the dentist. I suppose being scared and nervous takes a lot of energy and my diabetes doesn't seem to react to emotions very strongly.

I was diagnosed at the beginning of the summer holiday break on my 8th birthday (pretty much taken down a couple of days before we broke up?) & was back to school in September.
