Type 2 Life

All joking aside, I'm sure that he appreciates it too! I know that you give Ron a huge amount of support with his diabetes management Tina, and I bet he really does appreciates it.

Its a diabetes education course run by the NHS for type 2 diabetics @maureen5752
Sounds educational, I'd like to go, I went to the X-pert course, missed the meal planning class unfortunately, hospital appiontment, but got lot of conflicting info from them to what doctor told me, also it was encouraging the eat well plate with carbs, but I did learn a lot from them, if you have time when have been would love to hear how you got on, how did you get on the class if you don't think I'm to nosey thanks

don't forget the hyper you had , not long after you were diagnosed that scared the !!!!!! out of me. Nobody told me howto deal with one of them , think adrenaline must of kicked in.

I've had a day of really high bloods (for me), I've had two separate readings of 9.2! My bloods have been really unstable for two days now, swinging from my usual high 4s/low 5s through 7s and 8s until today when I got 9.2 after lunch and again after dinner. I've not changed my foods or exercise although I did have two potatoes tonight. I don't feel ill, what can be wrong?
PS I have been really stressed for several weeks now with serious illness in the family

@doolallylady - Hi Karen, sssh is the word on that subject. One of the moderators explained that situation to me. My worry was that I would get into trouble for having a thread opened in my name - it was not my doing.:) But, was removed I meant to add.:)
