Type 2 Life

Might take some pictures of the area later today and post them. It's very hilly here and mountainous to the North with Ben Lomond and the mountains in Argyll and Bute to the West. Every time I'm down south I sort of get disorientated in the flat areas where you can see the horizon for miles. :)

We're in a rift valley so have both flat and hilly countryside, ID love to see your photos Eddie, we love Loch Lomondside, have you seen the Nature file thread on the forum?

Yes but not really read it. I have pictures of the area covered in snow from winter but should update them ! :)

Over the Clyde where I live it is less hilly and gets flatter as you go more South and East, especially towards Glasgow and Paisley. :)

I haven't been very good at testing during my holidays - but when I did I was in the 7's which seemed ok - all things considered.

Today I am doing all the post holiday washing and missing the narrowboat.

On Monday I go to Telford for work for a week - another week of limited food choices :(

@debrasue
Alas I don't really live in a cave nor do I wear bearskins and come armed with a club lol but this a perception some people have of us as mountainous yokels and they are usually right tee hee hee

Still awaiting a call from the garage about the car

Mrs Cumbs has never done an injection on me she is a nurse too but has never done any injections in case she nips or accidentally hurts me

It hurts more to finger prick than inject
There's plenty of blubber on me to absorb the needle lol

Starving. Tried to get the funky emoticons on the iPad - they appear but won't display when clicked. :)

Enjoy Eddie, it's lovely here too hubby has just gone out to collect youngest son so I'm enjoying the peace and quiet in the garden :)

Car is all sorted back home now and guess what it's slob Saturday afternoon

Pleasantly sunny if a little on the cool side but it's comfortable enough to potter in and out of the house

@eddie1968 love the countryside around your area

@eddie1968 you have to be using the App to get the snazzy icons.....one of the few things still working.
Loved so many of everyone's posts. Been having a good laugh at them but unable to quote or reply
Been over to a friend's with some food for her cats ..... Got back starving hungry and all I wanted was some toast... Probs could've gotten away with it but had celery with Tintern cheese and red Leicester with red grapes. Stuffed now and enjoyed it but still got that toast longing ..... Maybe the Seeded Sensations with chia seeds won't be too bad but they have made that one with white flour by looks of it
