Hi many thanks for your post. It's a lovely sunny morning here in Suffolk we live right by the sea. So I off for a long bike ride along the sea front and keen to see if my Bg comes down even more. Thanks again take care.@Alan_in_Suffolk_ re your bike ride reducing your BG levels by 6points, I control my type 2 with diet + exercise nowadays and a 40 min walk usually reduces my after breakfast reading by 1 - 1.5 points and an hours walk can reduce my BG by anything up to 3pts, that's from a high of 7.8 which is the highest my bloods ever go now. When I was diagnosed 10 years ago they were at 16! I think you can probably see a way for you to help keep the blood sugar down? p.s this is a good thread if you want to chat. (The other thread is supposed to be just for fasting blood glucose levels)
These ones are plain white Gluten free. I bake granary, brown, white, savoury or sweet.What kind of loaf do you bake @loulou99782 ? I adore the smell of baking bread
