Sounds absolutely fabulous @hankjam hope you both enjoyed it .Late today.... thursday's different, in that it's the closest we have to a "normal" day. My wife leaves the house at 07:30 and taxi picks up Euan for college at 08:10 and I get to work at 08:30... and so I get home at a regular time,, 17:30, have a cup of tea with my wife and prepare tea for a 19:15 start.

Cheese, olives, and celery for breakfast
Feta, celery, olives, polish sausage, avocado, garlic and some humus for lunch

Rump steak in cream and Gorgonzola cheese, fried leaks and salad with glass of red wine

Soap: what do you use to wash your hands. We have some liquid soap and a bar and I swear I get bigger numbers with the liquid... and I rinse in hands for Scotland

Aww loulou I wish I could wave a magic wand for you, hopefully now the antibiotics will shift the "chest"The yarn festival sounds great I love knitting. Really wish your cold would disappear lizanne. I was really tired when I got in last night so didn't post but had my tablet antibiotics changed to straight penicillin yesterday and added in antibiotic nebulizer. Steriods are up to 45mg a day so no chance of my sugars behaving even with little carbs
