Type 2 Life

Aww hugs @loulou99782, hope you feel better soon. Today's going to be interesting, we had snow and my son has asthma. We always visit my mum on Sunday so I think we'll be catching the bus today!

Not been on line for a couple of days, slightly out of sorts with the world, go a bit blue sometimes.
Fastings been okay, high 4 and a low 5.
Not been able to get out for walks as it is a bit icy underfoot round these parts.
@loulou99782 glad to hear the power of sleep is helping.
Roast chicken and lots of greens tonight and the listen to the Steelers at the Broncos
Getting lighter slightly earlier and for longer... aconites showing well and snowdrops coming along.
:)

5.2 am
off to do some exercises, not done them for over a week...
still cold and dark..... arrghhh....
Good day to all

Never mind @Alan_in_Suffolk_ its just a wee blip, we all have loads of these,
especially on the way down to single figures, I was 16 when I was first diagnosed :)

Well done that man @hankjam Exercise -it's the best way to beat the blues. I was really fed up yesterday till I forced myself out for a (snowy) walk. You've inspired me, I'm off for a freezing walk as soon as it gets light. :)

I'm just off out to an (old) hen party lunch. The bride who is 68yrs old has been a widow for the last 34 yrs and is marrying a lovely man who has never been married. He worked for years in Africa and his then fiancée died out there from malaria 30 yrs ago. My fbg tomorrow will be in the stratosphere but I don't care - there will be wine and cake!

Enjoy an occasional treat won't do too much damage
