Poor mum will have to bury her in her bandaged toe joint replacement and 2 sticks. Her dog died 4months ago now her mum. She has been through the mill.

It's very sad & very hard to lose some one so close & loved, both my parents died while I was abroad, & they wouldn't give me a passport to return, you obviously are very upset & sad, try to look after yourself, if you need to talk or let of steam you know we are all here for you.

Vicky, I am so sorry to read this. I can only add my thoughts and hugs to what everyone else on here has said - you have a lot of friends here who are really feeling for you today and we wish we could do something to help ease your pain. Thinking of you at this sad time. Huge hugs xxx

Went for a slow short walk today, couldn't manage a long or fast one. Another not on rota day off work tomorrow and back at the weekend, hopefully better by then, or I will be phoning in tomorrow and upsetting the senior on duty. Off to bed now with my water, lemon and lime I've had 3 pints so far today, helping the cough.

Good Morning, my lovely friends on the www.diabetes.co.uk Type 2 Life Forum,

I consumed 2 mugs of coffee each with Coffeemate and 3 artificial sweetener tablets each and ingested only approximately 5-6 Holborn Yellow very-skinny hand-rolled cigarettes each which left a very large butt in my ashtray. My fasting blood glucose reading, at approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds after administering orally my metformin hydrochloride, medication for ASD meltdowns, anti-hypertensive capsules, anti-urinary retention capsule and Lixisenatide glucagon-like peptide injection was 6.7 Millimoles Per Litre.

Back home. FBG 6.5 and hungry, pre dinner injection is 5.7 so something hearty to eat. :)
