I was finding tramadol was OK if I didn't walk. Walking couldn't be done on the tramadol I'd been taking for a year. Hence changed to dihydrocodeine + paracetamol. I can walk with aid but painful off and on, currently.
 
max came back and inflicted a string of swearwords at me over my intercom door-entry phone system. now, i feel shocked, anxious and completely off my food.

i already have reported this incident, @tina_marie, my good friend, to both the police, my community mental health team and the care agency, including the carers themselves. the police have offered me an appointment this evening at nine o'clock post meridian, british summer time. my carer who came this morning thinks this may help my move to assisted-living accommodation.

What a horrid thing to happen. I do hope your morning carer is correct and there can be a silver lining in this for you, with regard to your move.
 
I don't think I'm allowed to sl*g Max off, on here but he is the low of the low because he upsets you. I hope something changes for you pretty quickly.
 
I'm at my friends Lilian and her vulnerable 55 year old son Gary Allen's bungalow now and Lilian says I can stay here over the weekend. Gary lives in low-supported housing Tuesdays to Fridays then goes to his Mum's weekends. Gary is my est friend who I met at a day centre in Brixton. He has depression/anxiety/learning disabilities.

My medication has been complied by and I feel happy and safe here away from Max.

i'm in living room of lilian and gary's bungalow and gary is in his bedroom on his computer. i have just eaten 1 hot dog with tomato ketchup and mustard which lilian left for me. c-beebies is on the telly on freeview. i feel very relaxed.

my new username is JohnnyBaker87 which the DCUK Moderators very sweetly changed for me as a safeguarding precautionary measure so my date of birth wasn't revealed so my identity couldn't be stolen.

my blood glucose level at 3:00 post meridian british summer time on friday 7th september 2018 anno domini as a very good, healthy 6.4 millimoles per litre.

i'm also 18 days abstinent from my tobacco misuse addiction and habituation and am charting my progress on the web domain at http://www.quitnet.com.

Thank you, @heh, Lil and Gary are intrinsically lovely people. Lil has got her bungalow decorated in 1970's decor and even has a house phone with a dial like they had in the 1970's when I as a little boy.
 
My scales are now in the bin. Hoping to get some new ones on Tuesday. Fingers crossed.
Son was crying and the reason was he thought he'd added 50kgs. Poor thing.
They've had to go. Upsetting everyone.

Only broke because Mr ickihun decided to pull feet off and reglue them back on. Strange man. They've never been the same since!

I had digital ones which kept breaking . Ended up in the bin now have normal ones . Typical now Ron can't stand on them cause of his balance so had to stop weighing him. I'm pretty sure he's put weight back on, as pushing wheelchair is getting harder . My poor shoulder ends up in alot of pain afterwards .
