Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

Sweeteners are in them but they dont affect my blood sugar at all. Zero Coke or any of them. My constant glucose monitor shows that there are no difference. I'll probably be on this for about three days just to kick autophagy in then go back to keto. I haven't had a fast for a few months so I just need to do it for a little. Clear the liver a bit etc. Bit of house cleaning. But I don't aerobic exercise at all during this, wel not a litbanyway. I just use the Bullworker to keep the muscles going. I'm 76 so have to fight sacopenia to keep the muscles going and keep the mitochondria count up.

One Staffordshire oatcake, three rashers of bacon, one mug of tea, on my second mug of coffee (11.00). Later I'll probably have a light lunch - salad, cheese, cracker or two, maybe a bowl of soup. Not sure about this evening, but a quiche with more salady stuff is most likely. I'll snack on a handful or two of mixed nuts and a little 85% cocoa chocolate. Thankfully I don't miss sweets, cake, biscuits, beer or great slabs of meat (not that they - the meat - caused me any problem in the past when I did eat them)
 
Corned beef, mushroom and scallion omelette. Currently have to have my Lantus at 0930-1030 and can’t eat for 4 hours after. A fantastic omelette fills a big hole.

1Scrambled Egg (1 1/2 eggs) with garlic, 2 x Slices of Rye bread

2 Grilled trout with benecol spread & philadelphia cheese/herbs with kale and sprouts and a handful of small grilled skin on chips, 1/2 chopped pear, no sugar yog plus dollop of protein yog

3 35g of mushroom pate , lentil crisps 20g , celery sticks with philadelphia. 40g keto bite choc ''sponge'' a dollop of sugar free yog and 40ml Morrisons vanilla ice cream
 
Coffee with cream for brekkie, half a kilo of rib-eye for lunch, an afternoon coffee with cream, and beef rib fingers for my dinner. :)
 
1/2 clementine ; 1/2 large kipper ; a slice of rye brick bread, a mug of decaf tea

Turkey & kale cazuela ( Turkey, onion, chopped tomato, garlic, herbs, dessertspn of sherry, new pots portion ) A stewed plum with no sugar yog an dollop of protein yog. Almond flakes . Water

Coronation chicken brown bread sandwich; green leaf salad with celery sticks.
1/2 a wonky pear A once a week shandy 1/3 beer. 2/3
