UPDATE: No:1
End of month one of TDR feeling great 18.6Kgs down after cutting out all rubbish at the end of Jan before starting TDR. On down fall wallet is screaming, had to buy new clothes as everything hanging like a sack of spuds .
This months menu:
Breakfast mango shake and fibre supplement
Mid morning snack vanilla shake with added cinnamon and nutmeg tastes like Christmas. Also add some orange essence now and then stops them getting boring.
Lunch chicken soup, also started adding herbs and spices to stop the bordo ~ Chinese five spice, garlic granules, onion granules etc.
Evening meal banana shake and fibre supplement
2L - 3L of water per day 2L min
Walking more due to work now being a much larger site averaging between 10k and 25k steps per day, feeling great, more energy less fatigue and looking forward to food again in a balanced way of course.
Not going to lie and says it’s easy because it’s not just have to keep up the motivation and moral and push through the bad days, helps that I can chew sugar free gum as started to miss the sensation of chewing and I have a treat of one Pepsi Max caffeine free at the end of the day as treat.
here if anyone wants a chat.
