Type 2s: What have you eaten today?

    Bought some breadcrumbs a few weeks ago so may actually use those....not be THAT many carbs...

    4.7 am
    B: Chia seed coffee cocoa peanut butter and Rasps... black tea
    11:00, black coffee, filtered 25 g ground beans and large glass of cold water.
    L: Celery, olives, feta, cold pork and sauerkraut (SK) water
    30 min walk, 3500 steps
    Pre: 4.5
    D: 5 egg omelette, cheese filling, water, 1 choc
    Post: 4.8... 3hrs after as we were out and about..
    Nuts and olives with cup of black tea when we got in.

    B/fast - tblspn of museli mixed with low fat yog (only one available), full Geurnsey with 1 slice of w/meal toast
    Lunch - plain scone with jam and clotted cream (not too hungry after big b/fast)
    A/noon snack - packet of Wotsits
    Dinner - prawns in chilli and ginger dressing, followed by stuffed pork loin, spinach and chive mashed potato, followed by baked cheesecake with cream - BS after 3 hours 5.6 so looks as though I got away with it!
    Back home today so back on the salads etc

    Usual porridge for breakfast
    7.6 fasting
    7.5 before breakfast
    6.0 two hours after breakfast :)

    Malted squares cereal with semi skimmed milk for brekkie, ham & coleslaw on wholemeal bread for lunch, and the smallest banana in the world for afternoon snack

    Breakfast:
    Yep, you guessed it, Krackawheat again but I had 5 as only 10 left in pkt
    Dinner:
    Lemon couscous with tinned salmon mixed through, 2 sugarfree choc chip cookies
    Snack: some of leftover couscous mix and last cookie. Got banana nãkd bar in pocket as yet untouched
    Tea:
    Possibly bacon, sausages, tomatoes fried in butter and 2 fried eggs...mayb half slice fried bread.....

    Well oats and flaxseed for breakfast , as usual , blueberries , unsweetened almond milk ...

    Lunch ... Cheese and tomato roll , one small Apple

    One sugar free ... Shortbread biscuit ... Found 8 boxes in TKM they had a stock of gluten free as well ..
    So had to buy them all ... Or they go ...it's that sort of shop ... See it once , ignore and it's gone .. A very good price at £1.29 a box

    Tonight .. Jacket potato a small one , with flora light , and mature cheddar cheese with salad ...

    Just had a small bar of 72% chocolate ... Two for a pound ... At least 6 squares in each bar ... New in marks ...

    I have enjoyed all my food today ....

    D: Rump steak, runner beans, avocado toms garlic and watercress with garlic olive oil dressing, red wine 300ml, 2 choc and some rasps au natural... they were great, no need to add sugar/cream
    Post: 5.5

    Breakfast , just the same as yesterday .. Nice .. Oaty breakfast ...

    Lunch .. Cauliflower soup ... Homemade ..

    Afternoon a sugar free biscuit , and a mini soreen bread or loaf ... It's just a name .. With a low cal hot chocolate ..

    To night ... Black eyed beans cooked in a rich tomato sauce ... With cabbage cooked in coconut and turmeric ..
    Mini low fat pitta breads ....

    Laters will need to think of a little something ...

    Tomorrow it's roast day .. Yes looking forward to it , Nooo chicken for me though ... But love all the trimmings of a Sunday roast ..
