Bought some breadcrumbs a few weeks ago so may actually use those....not be THAT many carbs...Ooo or maybe flour ... Joke jan , let it be the right flour x![]()
Nice to have some time away from usual diet ....B/fast - tblspn of museli mixed with low fat yog (only one available), full Geurnsey with 1 slice of w/meal toast
Lunch - plain scone with jam and clotted cream (not too hungry after big b/fast)
A/noon snack - packet of Wotsits
Dinner - prawns in chilli and ginger dressing, followed by stuffed pork loin, spinach and chive mashed potato, followed by baked cheesecake with cream - BS after 3 hours 5.6 so looks as though I got away with it!
Back home today so back on the salads etc
I thought they were lovely.......more for meI tried those banana nakd bars once. Never again.

Afternoon a sugar free biscuit , and a mini soreen bread or loaf ... It's just a name .. With a low cal hot chocolate ..
To night ... Black eyed beans cooked in a rich tomato sauce ... With cabbage cooked in coconut and turmeric ..
Mini low fat pitta breads ....
Laters will need to think of a little something ...
Tomorrow it's roast day .. Yes looking forward to it , Nooo chicken for me though ... But love all the trimmings of a Sunday roast ..
