Breakfast: 5 Krackawheat, butter, tsp marmalade
Dinner: Lemon couscous with salmon (same as yesterday)
Tea: a nice tasting strange mix... chicken tikka with butterbeans and spicy couscous to thicken it as I added the butterbean juice and there wasn't much chicken to sauce; Bar of sugarfree mint chocolate
Snack: Krackawheat crumbs and butter..... new packet looked a bit battered and when I opened it a lot of broken bits fell out..... was checking if there were any full ones for breakfast tomo then remembered I'm having breakfast out tomorrow so it will be Full English and tea will then be same as today

    Breakfast: bacon and fried eggs
2nd breakfast: bacon, pork sausage, scrambled eggs
Lunch: Rib (cap off) grilling steak
    Dinner: ground beef
Second dinner: bacon and fried eggs

That's more bacon than I usually eat, but I had to get up at 2:45 am for a function - hence 2 breakfasts.
    Normally I don't have breakfast.

some of the natural type bars are but between meals they're ok for me as I don't do low carb per se, just eat to my meter

plus there's that "available carbs" thing.....

Sounds nice, haven't tried cooking walnuts in an omelette....
Pretty sure green beans are ok.... the Low Carb version of this thread would be able to advise better I think though.....
