1 small cup of tea with 1 Tetley Round Teabag, Coffeemate and no sugar.

8 glasses of tap water.

Great call on the low carbs and no sugar

What an indulgent weekend. Sat breakfast was sausage, egg, mushrooms and toast, lunch was battered fish with baked beans and bread and butter (bread and butter! The joys!) whilst dinner was beer as my wife and I hit the mean streets of Bangkok and clubbed until the now shockingly late time of 1:00 am! FBG was a surprising 4.2.
Today was no better as breakfast was chicken with ginger and bean sprouts, chicken with bamboo and a mound of rice (yay! Rice!). Lunch was again battered fish, beans and buttered bread but tonight there will be no dinner for me.
Tomorrow I will once again board the (no) gravy train and face the day with po-faced alacrity but, my, it was splendid whilst it lasted.

Lazy Sunday so watching the intake ... Greek yogurt for breakfast and tomato soup and fruit for lunch. Haddock mornay for tea methinks.

Sunday 20th March, 2016.

Afternoon and early evening.

3:58 pm:- 1 slice of double cheeseburger deep pan pizza with melted cheese, ground beef and complex carbohydrate in the dough base.

4:30 pm:- Another slice of the above.

5 glasses of tap water.

2 mugs of tea with 2 Tetley Round Tea-Bags, a little Nido Milk Powder and 4 Hermasetas mini artificial sweeteners.

4:53 pm:- Blood glucose reading:- 10.1 mmol but I'm hoping to decrease it by hydrating myself with tap water.

Elevated blood glucose may be precipitated by the amount of Old Holborn hand-rolled cigarettes I have ingested as nicotine is renowned for raising blood glucose. I have smoked approximately 14-15 Old Holborn hand-rolled cigarettes today.

Hi Apple123,
Microwave Peanut Butter Cookie
1 - 2 Tbsps peanut butter
1 Tbsp Almond Milk
1 tsp stevia. [ I used no sugar syrup ] had no stevia
1 Tbsp ground oats.
1 egg white
Mix all together / pour onto a plate / microwave for about 1 minute
I had to this a few times before I got it right but tastes ok. Good luck let me know how you get on.:)

B: Cheese on toast.

L: Aubergine and courgette Parmesan bake.

D: Roast Lamb, two roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts and one small Yorkshire pudding.

Edit to add I had two small profiteroles with sauce as a treat.
