Yesterday was a medium banana for breakfast ... a chicken sandwich, a mandarin, a muller light yoghurt, and an 'Alpen Light' bar for lunch ... and a piece of fish, a mandarin, a pear, and a greek yoghurt for my evening meal (oh, and a square of Lindt 90% chocolate).
Out to breakfast so bad one slice of seeded read and butter, then myself with strawberry and Apple not whole one but have.
Lunch haveing now cream of mushroom soup with bread three half sliced with little butter.
Tonight meat and vegetables. I JUST saw on last message weighed bread should I be weighing it?

L: Prawn mayo butty on oatmeal bread (from local Spar), some sliced turkey, a satsuma & mullerlight greek yogurt
T: Bacon, mushroom & cheese omelette, a glass of vin rouge & a mullerlight yogurt. A G&T.

T: Homemade satay chicken (low carb recipe from Joe Wicks Lean in 15 book) with coconut basmati rice, a few glasses of red over the evening.

Today I have started with brekkie in a new venue called Goose on the Green in Walmer nr Deal as it's Alan's (OH) 60th birthday - bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomato, beans & 2 white (aaargh) toast with tea.
Later we are going into Canterbury to spend the night in a hotel so we can go for a meal then "out on the lash" with DD, DS & DIL & some friends - I'm not even going to think about what we'll eat & drink
You don't want to know what I ate & drank yesterday as we celebrated Alan's birthday , let's just say it wasn't good

B: Cafe in Canterbury - 2 bacon, 1 sausage, 1 egg, mushrooms, 2 slices of black pudding, 1 white toast & tea.
2pm: Ham butty on multigrain bread
T: Just cooking some ribs which we will have with 2 mini corn cobs.

B. Hi lo bread with butter, 1 slice, 1 scrambled egg
L. Pork loin chop assorted veg and gravy
T. Ryvita crackerbread,2, 40g goats cheese, baby plum tomatoes, olives and 6 walnut halves.
Treat: glass of wine
Breakfast: low carb coconut ‘porridge’ with strawberries and cream.
Lunch: cubes of cold chicken breast, raw cauliflower and brocolli with mayo, followed by Greek yoghurt and raspberries.
Mid afternoon: Hartleys 10cal sugar free jelly.
Dinner: liver, bacon and onions with peas and celeriac mash (thanks @bulkbiker and @Bluetit1802 for the suggestion last week!) followed by strawberries and cream and three small squares of Green and Blacks burnt toffee dark chocolate.

Oats so simple, one slice of toast with a smidging of marmalade . Lunch a mackerel salad no bread. Tonight it will be jacket potato with cheese and onion sandwich filling.
Breakfast: low carb coconut porridge with strawberries and cream with coffee and a dash of milk
Lunch: small tin of Tesco beef stew with cauliflower and brocolli followed by Greek yoghurt and raspberries.
Mid afternoon: chocolate chia pudding, my own recipe (<2g carb) with black coffee
Dinner: cheese and mushroom omelette with radishes and raw cauliflower and brocolli.
