All I've had is 3 sandwiches; the first 2 sandwiches 1 for breakfast and 1 for midday lunch were reduced salt yeast extract spread from Sainsbury's and lightly spread Sainsbury's Basics soft spread on crusty white Bloomer bread with sunflower seeds and then my evening meal was 2 fried egg sandwiches with a light sprinkling of table salt and ground black pepper on the same bread.

I realise that these foods contained a high proportion of complex carbohydrates and that the eggs may have been high in fat, but due to my Asperger Syndrome I do tend to have certain sameness-orientated views on the food I eat and with certain foods, the textures, consistencies and flavours can evoke distress in myself.

I did have a doner kebab last night and found that my friend who went to buy it - it was very late when he bought it and I live in a high-crime area and have safeguarding issues - requested from the kebab shop proprietor too much sauce and I struggled to deal with the wide variances of flavours, textures and consistencies in the take away meal. This is due to sensory abnormalities in my autism spectrum condition.

New management at one of my favourite restaurants, so we went for a nice lunch. Couldn't have the Gnocchi (potatoes/flour), anything with mash or crusty bread. Usual problems for low carbers.
I chose a buttered fillet of seabass on shredded braised carrot and black kale, (with a couple of tiny, hardly-there-at-all new potatoes), and a glass of Moko Black.
Before dinner tonight I did 12km on the exercise bike. Now 4.7. That'll do nicely.
