Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

8.3 @ 6.30am
Think I will claim the 1am BS!
Having a cooked breakfast today. Intermittent fasting back on tomorrow, going for 24 hrs

I was up at 4 am loo call,so I tested BG 5.7 that's fine for me,had a couple slices of chicken and cream cheese before bed last night to counter the liver dump seem to have worked.K
