Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

good morning everyone sunshine here, forgot the red wine; anyways numbers much better today

5.4 really not because number of carbs were lower than two days ago...but proteins were a little higher, can´t really find the logic in all those fluctuations

Yesterday NO exercise, ate 2272 calories of which 166 gr carbs and 148 gr proteins, did drink ginseng as well..
maybe you are right in the ratio between carbs and proteins "ickihun"
 
Sounds wonderful!! As my mum says, sometimes a little of what you fancy does you good, and it certainly doesn't seem to have you much damage.
