Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning all. 8.6. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Once you low carb for 6weeks your fbg number starts reducing. The liver is the culprit. It stores from carbs and too much protein til your sleeping or when your body feels its fasting.
Keep low carbing. You'll get there

Thanks for the advice. I'll keep trying and be more patient. Just feel sooooo tired and low at the moment.
