Once you low carb for 6weeks your fbg number starts reducing. The liver is the culprit. It stores from carbs and too much protein til your sleeping or when your body feels its fasting.Good morning all. 8.6. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
You can't win honeyNo snow here. Just rain. I slept better since it was a cooler night. Hence higher fbg i think. Liver had an opportunity to dump!![]()
