Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

restrict your fats a bit and count calories untill you get the grip of it, do you know what your maintenance level is caloriewise

Not too worried about the figures on the scales - I have changed shape (people have commented!) and am content to get the BGs down and level first - I was just commenting to the OP that we are all different and have different outcomes from similar ways of eating.
