HI Equipoise I just posted a long reply to you complaining about my meter giving varied readings Cant see it anywhere so repeating it hereAs requested in another thread.... state your fasting numbers here.
My fasting level today 8.3.****. Over to other T2s now....
e.g got a morning FBS 103 ,then 94 then 107 all in a space of 2 minutes..... [ where top of normal is 100 ,or 5.55 ] I try to stay below 100 , usually manage it , but the odd numbers sometimes dont relate to what I have eaten the day before.... now i know it's partly because of the thing only being accurate to plus or minus 15% , 30% ERROR built in, like trying to measure something with a bent ruler.

restrict your fats a bit and count calories untill you get the grip of it, do you know what your maintenance level is caloriewise
