A 6.9 this morning. Having to increase insulin due to very high readings after food and agitation of heat and an abusive neighbour watching my kids every move.

9.0 this morning, but yesterday my pre dinner reading was 5.9 so it seems to come down nicely during the day. Maybe my relatively high readings in a morning are down to the trazodone antidepressant I take last thing at night.
