@Lord Midas I originally used nuts or cheese as a liver block when I followed lchf diet. I now use a small amount of carb which can absorb any floating insulin I have at the end of the day.
Yesterday's fbg was 5.3 for me.
This morning I had a 8.7 after a before bed 8.7 result.

Hope so, as my GP said he will put me on six monthly tests for hba1c if it is still down low like the last one.With you numbers I'm sure you'll have great results.
