Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

@Lord Midas feel free to ask about liver dump success here but we like you to leave your fbg in return to keep the thread on topic.
I hope these guys give you some unique solutions.

I originally used nuts or cheese as a liver block when I followed lchf diet. I now use a small amount of carb which can absorb any floating insulin I have at the end of the day.

Yesterday's fbg was 5.3 for me.
This morning I had a 8.7 after a before bed 8.7 result.

Excellent @ickihun. This is wonderful tips, and stuff I didn't know.

I've just finished my yoga, with bs of 9.8. I'll have a few nuts and I'll update tomorrow morning on how it goes with my fbg.

Need to adjust basal insulin again as I am having more lows in the nights the last few weeks
