Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.9@ 07:00 but I am continuing my fast as part of 18:6 fasting on the weekend.

Been out to Marshall at #parkrun and then a few exercises at home.

5.4 just before Brunch @11:30

It might be worth asking dn if you can check your bg at 7-8pm then again 10-11pm. If increasing and over 10mmol/l take a corrective dose?
These high bgs are very damaging
 
6.0 at 5:00 am, not off to a good start to the week there.

I see the forum was down for others as well, I gave it away after trying every now and again after six hours.

Must have been that reboot of the server they were on about but did not happen a couple of week ago.

I could get to the home page ok @ickihun, but seeing as it's full of redirects to other websites full of advertising i give that a miss.

You never know if your going to get a virus or some other malware from them, even more so with the ransomware that is on the go again.
