Went to my GP yesterday with chest xray pix I had the other day, he seems ok with them. I have to take them to specialist next week.
While I was there I got a Zostavax vaccination for Shingles, seeing it was free for over seventy year olds. I like free stuff.

Bit confused with whats a good hba1c mine is 69 but other people seem higher so is mine still bad? When first diagnosed nearly 2 years ago it wad 50
Judt been put on metformin todayThe lower hba1c the better if you were 50 2 years ago and now 69 your obviously going in the wrong direction and need to look at your diet to rectify if you're not on metformin or similar you need your doctor to check you out
4.6 today - blood tests this morning on the way to work including HbA1c. Wish me luck![]()

My fasting blood sugar was 16!! I take insulin and tablets. Not sure what else to do. I've seen nurse and she's not much help
