5.7 today seeing constant figures below 6 now off metformin... has this happened to anyone else . I am controlling just by diet

Nurse got 3 vials with only one poke which is very good for me, huge bruise yet again though. There's a reason that the blood donation people gave up on me years ago Results next week

4.7 again this morning - lovely walk this morning - and a super time last night with daughter (bounced back from university again) watching the Donmar screening of Julius Caesar - highly recommended

Well done. When I came off metformin I had a few wobbles but generally in the 5s now - if I keep on the low carb diet

7.8 this morning, not sure what caused that as I was good yesterday. Small infection going on, waiting to see if antibiotics needed. I see how quickly one adjusts to lower numbers, would have thrown a party if I got a 7.8 a few weeks back. 13.7.17 7.45am

Good Morning! When I tested on getting up at 0700 the reading was 7.5! This didn't seem right so I washed my hands and tested again on other hand. This time it was 5.4. This is more in line with what I was expecting as I only ate some pitta bread, hummus, guacamole and black olives, with Chardonnay last night.
