Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Late report from me
Was 5.2 @ 04:45.
Way to early but had to travel for a work trip.
Out tonight no meter. Was not sure what the checks at airport were
Only in U.K so sure it is fine but didn't want any hassle at stupid o'clock check in.

Hope you all had a good day.

6.7 today still staying higher because of stress

@bigjim19 not sure what the stress is but hope you resolve soon.

For me this Diabetes thing has helped me reframe a few things in life and I worry less about work and don't sweat the small stuff.

Not sure what will happen or where it will lead me but I know where the stress was taking me, so time to change.

One thing I try to do is respond not react to the crazy stuff going on around me. Breath and count to 10 before answering or pressing send.

5.3 at 4:50 am on a last gasp of winter morning of 7.5° C brrrrrrrrrr.

Stress is when you want to choke the living **** out of some arschloch who desperately deserves it, Jim.

Just what I would like to do but I'm keeping dignified distance and silence because this former tenant will get his comeuppance when I'm ready to dish it out

5.2 @ 5.15
2nd day of early shift, little sleep last night :(

and a 4.4 after work and the long cycle home :)
