Still no idea why my fasting levels are so high.

10.2 this morning, yet my lunch post prandial was 10.0 and my pre dinner reading yesterday was 5.9.

Hope everyone is doing fine.

Snap! After weeks of a steady 6.0 this afternoon it was 8.8.... hadn't eaten since last night so guess that's why

Woke to a 3.2 so have had jam on protein bread. I'm delighted, I can reduce my insulin after having to increase it through severe stress and sickness+diarrhea. So restarted metformin again yesterday.
